We have put together a package to install an agent on our machines to go out and get antivirus software. I sent the package to a number of systems on our subnet to test and the agent was installed and then the software removed our thick client and installed the thin client the way it was supposed to. I then sent the package to the rest or our systems and it installed the agent but is unable to install the software and the thick client is still on the systems. The support people have viewed the install logs and are telling me the problem is a rights issue. It doesn't make sense to me if it worked on systems that the user doesn't have admin rights. I created a new package with the wizard and my question is this: Is there a button in the wizard when you creat a package or advertisement that says to install as administrator or does the SMS accounts on the machine do this? Is there a way I can look at the properties of a current package or ad to see if it will install as administrator?
Thanks for any help, I am very new to SMS and we are trying to get packages out to protect us from the recent virus attacks.

When u create the package and u specify the program. The enviroment tab u can specify to run with administrative rights and select use Windows NT client software installation account.

Hope this helps
