Package and Deployment Wizard VB6 Error

Hi, i have just finished creating a database app in vb6. I am using Microsoft Access with ADO data control. I have been trying to use the Package and Deployment Wizard with VB6. When i click on it, it tells me i need to make and
EXE file. I hit the compile button and then i get an error "Unexpected Error has occurred. Automation Error Unspecified Error". Does anyone know how to fix this??? I have never seen it before, however, this is the first database app i've written. Please help!!!!

After a great deal of struggling and fighting, i have finally found the error. It was two typos! I ran the app as a Start with Full Compile which will break on every error. I had two typos that killed the compile. Thanks to everyone who took the time to read my post!!!!
