you have found the VM server?

END

you have found the VM server?
Find VM server and verifies the connection between the PBX and it.
As you can see the integration to the server does not work
The problem is there.
As I said before we can send calls to the operator temporarily

As i said i don't have much information

i need your help to solve this issue ,please guide me

thanks

from here I can only tell you to follow the cable that starts from the NIU board (port 3) toward the VM server, in the meantime, try doing
RFBOI: BPOS = 1-2-10;
Y;
BLDBE: BPOS = 1-2-10, ALLFM = YES;
IODDP;
follow the cable!

\Satellite1900

Sorry i don't understand , which cable ?

do you mean central cable ?

thnaks

what effect for this command:

RFBOI: BPOS = 1-2-10;
Y;
BLDBE: BPOS = 1-2-10, ALLFM = YES;

thanks

PBX <------cable-------> VM SRV
the command performs a reset of the card
don't worry

\Satellite1900

i pressed one button in central phone , after that i am able to heard answer machine

It would be enough to do a reset of the card and not of the whole pbx
print
IODDP;
and check VM port status

\Satellite1900

ok, check the result below

<IODDP;
I/O DEVICE DATA
NODE IODEV/SUBFS BPOS/EQU I/O-BUS TYPE/USAGE STATUS AUTH
SYSN - 001-2-10 - - IN SERVICE
SYSN SYSDISK1 001-2-10-0 MASTER SILICON IN SERVICE

SYSN SYSTERMINAL 001-2-10-1 - MML - 7
SYSN CIL 001-2-10-2 - OUT IN SERVICE
SYSN VM 001-2-10-3 - OUT IN SERVICE
END

SYSN CIL 001-2-10-2 - OUT IN SERVICE
SYSN VM 001-2-10-3 - OUT IN SERVICE
END

I repeat, the problem lies in the connection between the PBX and the server or on the same server
follow the cable and find the server
try doing
RFBOI: BPOS = 1-2-10;
Y;
BLDBE: BPOS = 1-2-10, ALLFM = YES;
check the calls

\Satellite1900

OK, I WILL check and feedback

thanks for your help
