I have an Old PABX NEC 2400 SDS, but all of extention can't dial. what should i do????

Tongue in cheek reply would be buy a new PABX!

However in the real world, have you reported the lines to your carrier (most likely fault).

What kind of trunks (lines) do you have.

Where in the world are you.

What testing abilities do you have.

How urgent is this with the weekend upon us?

I should also add that the first thing always tried on the SDS is a system reset (little black button on the CPU card, press and release).

I change PK TNTB card, power PJ PW 14 and the other modul
but still have some problem. Only PJ CP 01 and PJ ME 03 still use the old parts

are you saying that no extensions have dial tone ?

If so I would suggest that you unplug all line cards and try them 1 at a time

I think there is a common bus used for some functions on SDS.

i once had a system where a single Line card dragged down ring tone for all

Also i think the RSTB register card is used for dial tone so it may be that thats faulty

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

I've been do that trick but not solved the problem, I only plug 1 PK 2 LCJ, PK 4 RSTB and PK TNTB. I hear tone but still can't use to dial

Ok so are you saying you have dial tone at the analogue extensions but can't break dial tone? Have you checked command 1200 for the extensions? have you checked that the register card is assigned in CMD 10. Did this just stop working or are we dealing with a reinstall? What are the events that led up to the problem? Are you sure the analogues are set to DTMF or loop disconnect? Can you use loop disconnect to dial (if you have a phone that can do LD) or can you break dial tone with a brief hook flash?
