P690 internal temperature

Hi,

I need to get the internal temperature in a pseries p690. I tried the follwing command in the HMC:

#lshwinfo -r sys -e '7040-6A1R*02680AA' --all

But I got the following message:

Either the connection to the bulk power assembly was lost, or there is no bulk power assembly. Retry the operation.

Somebody can help me? Thanks.

You might try running '/usr/lpp/diagnostics/bin/uesensor -l|grep -ip thermal' on one of the LPARs.

/usr/lpp/diagnostics/bin/uesensor will not work on the new
p-series (Source: IBM-Technical Support).
