P1515 no keyboard or eth working

Trying to redo some P1515 units but some of them are a little bit strange

Any USB port don´t work, even a keyboard.
There any kind of config in P1515 Hardware settings that could LOCK USB ports for no intrusive access?
Touchscreen and OS works fine, expect for any port USB and ETH works.

3 units in the same situation, 1 I would take as a dead port, but 3?

The units that works are Post I can see 2 keyboards, 1 mouse and 1 storage device, in the defective just 1 storage device.

you can check in the registry if USB ports are blocked by the system policies.
