On some Windows 2000 Pro workstations, when attempting to install a small application using a setup package created by the P&D Wizard, I receive a message that some system files are out of date and need to be replaced. After clicking OK to replace the files I am prompted to reboot.
When the PC comes back up and Setup is run again the whole process repeats. The file it seems to be choking on is SENSAPI.DLL. The system partition is formatted NTFS. If I try and rename, then replace the file I am prevented and am informed that the file is in use and cannot be renamed.
I know I've seen this problem discussed but I don't seem to be able to get Search to work correctly today.
Can someone suggest a work-around or solution to the problem?
