OWS Problem

Hi All,

I have a problem. We are running MD 110 BC 9 version.
There´s an operator, which is installed with Operator Workstation.3.0
Sometimes it just gets no ringing, though the program displays call waiting.
If I set it the speeker beep option and not the phone ring, it works.
I tried to restart some PUs, but didn´t help.

Do you have experiences with that?

Try pushing + and - a couple of times to clear the speech windows . Even though they look empty they aren't.....
If that doesn't help , it should help restarting DOR and DOM.

Call Waiting is also shown on all OWS-PCs when there is a call waiting in one of the other Corg groups.

Which PU's did you restart ? Did you do OLP1S1/DOR/DOM ?

I Think olp1s1, but not sure.
