OWS hanging during startup 2

Hi there

I have this problem with an OWS on a NT 4.0 workstation.

During startup the OWS freeze. The license window is blank and the cpu usage is at 100%.

Somehow it seems to me that the NT has lost the connection to the DNA or what ?

I'm quite new to MD so please forgive me if it is a stupid question :)

Hi and thanks for your reply.

Well I know i'm new so maybe i'm not using the right terms.
However I meen that little popup window that shows who the program is registred to when OWS starts. Thats before you are promted for login.

I Have two OWS and it is only on one computer the problem is. The other one works OK.
Then I have a third on a administration computer without PBX and thats working OK too.


I found out it was the registry key that was missing information about PBX type.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Ericsson\OPI\CurrentVersion
Every time I restart the computer this information disappear.

So now I can start the OWS but I cann't login.
It gives me this error message.

You cannot log on - the user license limit has been reached for this application.

There shouldn't be no other logged on to OWS. I have two license for OWS and in OWS supervisor there is only one logged in.

I did a OPTSP It tells me this

dir busy/free absent/present

6900 F A
6901 F P

And no calls in queue.

Thats the status right now.




 
I made a repair installation and that did the job.
