How canI create my own templates in SHarepoint, i've searched a lot, but i dind't get an answer yet.

I downloaded a template and tried to include it. I did everything what the readme file said but it didn't work. I think it's because I have the dutch Sahrepoint and the template is English. Is this true?

Yes you need to have the language that the template is writen in, so if you want to use it just download the english language pack.
