Hi All,
As my topic suggests, I am not able to access some users mailboxes via OWA. Some info:

"Everyone" has full control to log on locally and to the exchange server folder

Exchange (5.5) and OWA sit on 2 different servers

IIS 3.0 (NT 4 server Box)

Patches applied, hotfixes mentioned in the generic article from MS about this have been applied.

Any ideas why some users can be accessed and others can not?

Using Exchange Manager, check the properties of the problem recipients. Go to the PROTOCOLS tab and make sure HTTP is enabled.

Does this work?

It was already turned on, but thats a good place to look :)

For what it's worth,
After reading some other articles, i decided trying the full context (IE user@domain.com) and it started working. So long as this fully works that should be fine

Great. Thanks for sharing the solution.
