Does anyone have any documentation that decribes the steps involved to setup and configure OWA on a Exchange 2000 machine?

I want users to be able to access thier mailbox from the road or at home.

Thanks in advance

Let me clearify I guess, I have a record in my DNS that points to owa.domain.com. I need to know how I can get users the ability to access that from home.

No help on how to configure OWA access from outside ...?

Is your Exchange server visible from the Internet? Do you have a firewall? Is your Exchange in the DMZ?

If your users can't "see" the Exchange server via the Internet, then you'll have to VPN them into your network, or RAS, etc.

Well, if by visible you mean can we get outside mail? Yes.

And yes I do have a PIX 506e firewall. I also have an A record that points OWA.domain.com to the mail servers outside IP.

I am assuming that no one, whether inside or outside can access owa through owa.domain.com.
If so, then you need to go into IIS and then into the default website properties, then on the IP address field, click the Advanced button. You need to add owa.domain.com here and the appropriate port number.
