After OWA loads the messages, a popup says "The service is no longer available" and prompts you to click ok. After you click ok everything seems to be worrking fine except my public folders do not show up

Thanks

You need to be much more specific, its impossible to say anything on this basis.

Sure, after I logon to outlook web access I then click on the 'folders' button. Immediately after clicking the 'folders' button the prompt "The service is no longer available" appears. I then I click ok to get rid of the prompt. After clicking ok not everything appears. For example all of these appear: the inbox, contacts, deleted items, calendar, etc. What does not appear is the organizations public folders.

Hopefully this helps.

do you run webmail on SSL ?
did you install urlscan ?

No I don't run webmail on SSL and how do I check to see if if urlscan is installed.

Thanks

search systemdrive for urlscan.

you can also check if you have more than one ip adress on the server, this can be a problem.
