OWA Prompting repeatedly for password

Hi

We have a few clients who are having problems with using OWA.
They are prompted for their username and password at first which they enter and are taken to the main page. From then, whenever they click on any link they are promted for the username and password again. When entered, they are taken to that link(for eg. : A new mail)
I have tested this on a number of machines with their details and all works fine. This is something that is specific to their machines. We have updated their Internet Explorer to 6 with all SP's and patches and still the same problem. Does anyone have any idea where I should start looking?

This is only a guess but i have seen similar problems when the client is behind a proxy....is this the case? If so then you may to setup OWA to run over SSL
