I have two users at the same remote location who are trying to access owa on the same laptop.

One can do it ok, the other just gets the username and password box redisplaying after putting in her credentials. The password is definitely right and there is no obvious difference in the accounts.

Any ideas?

Are they logging in as the same user, or as themselves on the laptop?

The person being prompted for the password is probably not logged in as herself, in which case she will need to login in the form DOMAIN\username and her normal password. The other user is probably logged into the laptop and the credentials are being passed to the exchange server...

Hope this helps,

Martin

actually, it is the person who is not logged into the laptop who can successfully login to owa.

Both users are already using the domainname\username logon method

Could the user be logged on locally, or with a cached password that doesn't match the domain password? Try forcing a change on the domain password, and get the user to log on with the new password on the laptop.

Does *normal* outlook work on this laptop?

Can this person connect and login via OWA from anywhere else? Or is it just isolated to this laptop?
