OWA not working through IE

This is a very odd problem, we installed our XTM500 running 11.3 everything is working fine other than when users try to access their mail via OWA using IE. They can log in and see that they have mail it even shows them in real time that they are receiving mail but if they click on the inbox the pane where their mail should appear is empty. If they use Chrome, Safari, or firefox everything works fine it only happens when using IE we have tried IE-6 and up with the same results. if I disable the HTTP-Proxy and just use an HTTP Packet rule Everything works fine. Does anyone have a suggestion as to what in the HTTP-Proxy rules is preventing IE from seeing the mail?
 
I got the fix for this issue.

From the Policy Manager go into your HTTP-Proxy rule.
click the properties tab then click on edit proxy.
Under HTTP Request - General Settings you will see an Allow Range Requests Through Unmodified Checkbox put a check in the box. once dane save the rule and write it to you WG.
