OWA not letting some users reply to messages 1

Strange problem.Only affecting certain users...

When they are using OWA and they click the reply button to any email....Nothing happens.
This problem seems to be linked to only one machine.
When I log in as the user to my machine I have no problems.

I suspect this is something to do with IE6 secuity settings but can't work out which settings differ.
Both machines are Version 6.0.2800.1106.
Cipher Strength 128-bit.

Something seems to be blocking the reply page any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've seen this error happening if the user has loaded some sort of pop-up blocker app. I know the Google IE bar has a feature that blocks pop-ups; if this user has that enabled then that prevents the 'reply' function from working.

You are correct it was the google toolbar the user downloaded.
