OWA - Not asking for Domain in XP Pro

I have a laptop which I am trying to log into OWA through IE in XP Pro, Netscreen and Exchange 5.5. The problem is that I am not getting asked for my domain and thus cannot log in. I get through our firewall fine via Netscreen (enter alias) and then the login window pops up but does not have the domain entry area. Gut feel is it is a setting in XP, as we are able to log in via AT&T Business and cable modem using 98, NT, and 2000. I get the same problem with dialup (AT&T) and Cable modem. Any ideas?
