Hi Guys,

Only on a few pc's not all, whilst trying to access OWA the user name and password keeps displaying even when the correct credintials are entered in. If you do it for long enough it kind of logs into webmail but its all messed up.

I havent made any changes on the E2K server except about 2 months ago loaded URLScan.

Any ideas?

Cheers...

Did this start right after loading URLScan?

Have you checked the URLScan logs to see if anything is there?

I dont know if it started right after URLScan, I only got my 1st complaint about this 2 weeks ago and i installed URLScan 2 months ago.

I will look into the URLScan logs.

I have found that if users are running Office 2000 and do NOT have a FULL install of Office2000, then I encounter this problem - If Office 2000 is NOT installed then all OK.
Ensure you do a custom install of Office2000 and choose to 'RUn All Components From Disk'.

Rgds

I have encountered this situation with some of my machines using the OWA client.

My fix was to upgrade thier Internet Explorer to the current version (6.x) and that seems to solve the problem here.

It only seemed to strike some machines so I'm a little fuzzy on what the cause is.
