Hi All,

I keep getting the above error when trying to log some users onto outlook web access. I have tracked it down as related to the "Log On To" restrictions on their user accounts. They were only allowed to log on to one machine (TSERVER) for terminal services and they log onto the desktop PC's as 1 generic user account. We are having a whole load of seperate issues with the terminal server performance especially when viewing PDF attachments so while we investigate those issues I want the users to be able to log onto OWA to view attachments back at their local machines.

Basically, users who have this restriction can't access the OWA. I have tried adding the exchange server into the listundern "Log On To" bnut this doesn't make any difference.

Proof of issue came when i added the name of the specific computer i am using to the log on to list and it worked straight away.

How is this supposed to work? there must be places that only allow employees to log on to certain computers but where OWA works properly.

Thanks in advance for all your help
