OWA hangs on one user

I have one user that for some reason when they try to go to OWA (inside our firewall or outside the firewall) it loads the Outlook Web Access Folder bar (Inbox, Calendar, Contacts, etc) as well as the Message options (New, Reply, Reply to all, etc.) and stops there with the pane that would display the messages saying "Loading...". The page in IE status bar says Done.

It stays there for ever basically. Other users are able to use OWA fine. We have tried it on different computers and on different subnets to no avail...

The user used to be able to view the messages, and does not remember when it stopped working.

Any Ideas?

Is this user a member of any security groups that the other users aren't, or perhaps not in a security group that others are?

If the Exchange server is a domain controller and the other users are all Admins and this one user isn't then that could be it.

It's also possible that there is a corruption in the message store that's only affecting that one user and that OWA is choking when trying to access data there.

Apologies as these don't seem like very likely scenarios to me but that's all I can think of.

Unfortunately, the user in question is a member of the Domain Admins, as well as Schema Admins. That was the first thing I checked, but there is another user who belongs to the same groups as the user in question who has no problems.

The Exchange server is not a domain controller.

Corruption is a possibility, but I am hoping not...
