OWA Exchange 5.5

I've 2 different problems with OWA

1. User is logging into OWA fine but the browser doesn't display the Inbox, it simply shows a blank page and displays the word "Done" in the bar at the bottom of the screen

2. Another user is also logging in OK, the Inbox contents are displayed in the browser, but then the browser window empties and is blank.

I'd appreciate any pointers on what the cause of these might be
