problem - user types in address for OWA and get a page that says: "This page cannot be displayed." The same page as if the internet connection was not available.
he get to the logon screen and enters his password and user name, then gets thrown to this page after about 20 secs.
i tried with his laptop from Comcast and it works fine. the user is using Verizon DSL with no router. his laptop works on the lan connecting to OWA.
we are connecting over https...
my question is, where can i look for the logs to see if he is entering the system and getting thrown out or which way would you recommend that i start to research this...
any suggestions?
thanks in advance.
