This issue can occur if the Exchange virtual directory in Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) is configured to accept only Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connections or if Integrated Windows authentication is not enabled on the Exchange virtual directory.

Good for you, but I feel I need to point out I did mention to you you had an Authentication issue, twice.
You always mentioned error 400, not 440, so I was looking for the wrong error!
