I have just installed Exchange 2000 Service Pack 2 on my Exchange Server. This went Ok with oine exception.

Outlook Web Access now does not work. It prompts for a login but then gets no further when you click OK.

Does anyone know why, and how to fix this problem?

What happens when you click ok. Does it prompt you 3 times then give an access denied? Does it go straight to an error page at that point? Also, what OS are you using to access and have you tried with different OS? Finally, r u using just one exchange server?

I get no error at all. It just hangs on any machine I try it on with any os.

I am only using one exchange server

Does it do the same thing from the Exchange Server?

I would try reinstall then Apply SP2 again. Dan

Yes it does the same if you try running owa from the exchange server.

DO you mean reinstall exchange completely? I don't fancy doing that!!

No just run setup and choose reinstall. Dan

I don't think reinstalling exchange will do any good. I think the problem is more to do with IIS. I have tried changing some of the settings in my default website an d have got a bit further. Instead of just hanging after enter the logon credentials now, it comes up with the error in this document
However, on the resolution I am unable to select the configuration button as it is greyed out.

Do you think I am on the right track, and if so how can I get into the confguration?

Still have not resolved this. I really really don't want to reinstall exchange and I can't see why this would be necessary.

Can anyone advise me further?

Is there a way to create a new owa?

I am still struggling with this! Is there anyone out there who can help me?

I have no idea what to do and the microsoft website is as much use as a chocolate teapot!!

Please help!!
