When a user in my organization tries to connect to the owa via a browser they do not see there inboxes. When I send a new mail message they receive those but the old messages and the unread messages are not there. Any ideas??

The user may have a mail client connecting to the server with POP3. If so the user is actually downloading the e-mails to the local hard disk and they are not on the Exchange server.

Regards

Lars
That was actually the case. I forgot during the migration and testing phase of exchange I left pop on the client machines. "that was how they were receiving their mail from a smtp agent" So they had 2 inboxes. I appreciate your help..

Ant..

Ive seen this problem a ton of times, the user has their local outlook setup to deliver to the Personal Folders. That pulles it off the server (they only see stuff on the server from OWA).
Change the deliver to to mailbox - <usename> and then import the PST to the mailbox, that should solve it.
