OWA crashes Information Store

Hi everyone,

Hopefully someone else has had this problem and knows a fix for it!!

Win2k Advanced Server. SP4
Exchange 2000. Post SP3 rollups.

When a users clicks the 'attach' button in Outlook Web Access, the Information Store stops and has to be restarted.

Have reinstalled Exchange and also reinstalled IIS. Also reinstalled Service Packs etc. Have been running debugging etc. to find out the source but still no luck. Don't particularly want to reinstall whole box.

Also, does anyone know how to disable the attach button for OWA? Is there a particular .asp file that I could modify?

Any ideas/help would be great.

Or maybe get in touch with microsoft and figure out why its happen, instead of band-aid'ing it, fix it..

Sorry I have been away and havn't checked Tek-Tips. I have been onto Microsoft and it isn't a wonderful outcome. Have to fully rebuild the box.
