OWA/Citrix Issue

I have a user that has a problem with his Outlook environment. Originally, he could only read his Outlook items when logged in to Outlook with Citrix, at his desktop, or with OWA. He was not able to create anything new or respond to any item.

I have deleted his local profile on all Citrix systems and we have deleted his local profile on his workstation. I have sent him to three different Citrix systems to run Outlook and it is the same results.

Your help on his profile problem would be appreciated.

Can you provide some more information?

Office versions, Citrix version, Operating system version.

What happens if someone else logs onto that users computer, does their email work ok? Also what happens when this user moves to another computer?
