I have a user that has a problem with his Outlook environment. Originally, he could only read his Outlook items when logged in to Outlook with Citrix, at his desktop, or with OWA. He was not able to create anything new or respond to any item.
I have deleted his local profile on all Citrix systems and we have deleted his local profile on his workstation. I have sent him to three different Citrix systems to run Outlook and it is the same results.
Your help on his profile problem would be appreciated.
