OWA change contact list selection 1

I have a pretty basic question, but cant seem to find the answer through microsoft. we're using exchange 2003 and when the users access exchange via the interent, the default contact list is Global Addess List, how can I default this to a public folder contact distribution list we've created?

You can't resolve PF addresses unfortunately. Mailbox Contacts and the GAL.
