OWA Cannot Delete Mail

We have two sites that get to their mail via an OWA server. Once site has no problem getting into their mail box and deleting mail they no longer need. The other site cannot delete their mail. THey get a message stating that they "Cannot delete Mail". All the servers are as Exchange 5.5 with sp4. Any Ideas

Can an Outlook client locally logged into the problem network delete mail. Sounds like a domain trust issue, user rights, or Exchange permissions.

Thanks but it appears that the users can use their regular Outlook client and delete any mail they don't want. It only becomes a problem when they use OWA.
