OWA asking for password multiple times?

We have about 20 users, but for one or two of them OWA is acting funny. Whether internally or externally, whenever they try to login in it asks for name/pass....

They enter it and hit ok.. it starts loading then asks again, then loads some more, then asks again, then loads the rest. After about 4 login requests the page is fully loaded. This is only happening for 1 or 2 users. I tried resetting their password & account but no luck.

Any suggestions?? All their settings match everyone else's. Can't figure it out. TIA.

Check you your security settings on your default web site and all of the virtual web sites they all need to match

I remember seeing this one. Are the users running Office 2000 by any chance? I seem to remember for some bizarre reason that if you upgrade Office to the latest service pack that this issue goes away.

Can anyone confirm this?

Also probably worth making sure they are running latest version of IE

Yep, just had this confirmed by a colleague. Office replaces some componants of IE for authentication if you have it installed. You need to have Office SP 1a or above to resolve this issue.

We have exactly the same problem, except the SP is current. We have even tried it with Outlook 2002. This started happening suddenly. Any help would be appreciated. Click.
