I AM LOOKING AT IMPLEMENTING OWA AND HAVE STARTED TESTING IT OUT WITH A COUPLE OF REMOTE USERS. HOWEVER, THERE DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE A WAY TO ACCESS THE GLOBAL ADDRESS LIST AND THE USERS WANT THIS ABILITY. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO VIEW THE GLOBAL ADDRESS LIST WITHIN OWA.

OWA AND GLOBAL ADDRESS LIST

We are looking to implement OWA so users can access there company emails remotely. We are running Exchange 2000 server on Win2k server. Do i configure it through IIS or System Manager? The funny thing is in IIS under /Exchweb, /Exchadmin, and Exchpub/, there are Red error icons next to them, is this normal? Has anyone come across this before? Thanks for any help...
