Does anyone know why AOL users can NOT login from the AOL browser??

They need to open IE in order to login to OWA.

OWA requires IE. You can't use Netscape, Opera or any other browser.

I hope you find this post helpful. Please let me know if it was.

Mark

Our OWA users are able to log into OWA through all major browsers (IE, Netscape and Opera) without any issues.

Colin.

I only experianced this problem with AOL users,

I have about 50 AOL users that only use the OWA and they all have get Access denied when trying to log in through AOL browser.

We experienced something the like with out AOL users. It turned out to that it was caused by a bad routing entry at the firewall.

AOL uses 172.x.y.z IPs as did our customer. However, the netmask for private class B ip addressing scheme is not 255.255.255.0 and after fixing this, aol users were able to do OWA:
