When certain users access my OWA web site they can open there email but cannot reply to it. When they click on the reply button, nothing happens. They can however create a new email and send however.

Anyone know why this could be occurring.

Hi Darragh,

Strange as it may seem but do they have "pop-blocker" configured on their IE or browser? Just recently, I ran into the problem in that every time I tried replying to someone in OWA I receive the same problem. Ask your users if this is their case.

Had the same problem on my OWA server I just put up. The pop-up blocker in the Google Toolbar (IE6 SP1) was causing the problem here. Disable the toobar and reply/forward started working. If I bothered I'm sure I could just add the URL as exempt from the pop-up blocking.
