OWA 5.5 on 2000 only works fr administrator

I can log into my OWA page and send and recive mail. But when I try to log on as a user I cant log in. have checked case and pw spelling.
I think it is something bigger like log on localy settings are not correct. Can some one please help me with the log on policy and show me which settings need to be changed where in the 2000 DC and the 2000 5.5 Member server.

Not sure how it is done on a 2000 server, but on NT4, the server that is running OWA needs to let the users logon locally for it to work for them. You must be a member of the administrator's group for it to work for you and that is why it doesn't work for them. They are not administrators.
