ovrequst NOT_RUNNING

Hi,
I currently have NNM 6.2, trial version Windows 2000 servers. There is NT4.0 server managing the domain.

When I start NNM Service there is a message :
ovrequest NOT_RUNNING.

The autodiscover runs well, I see on the map many nodes (more than 200 nodes). But I can not open interface traffic rate. Is this because of the ovrequest NOT_RUNNING?
