Overlay Conflict Message on Element Manager

I have a CS1000E rls 5.0. I'm trying to rename a phone in Element Manager, but I keep getting the following error message when trying to access LD 95:

OVL000
>ld 95

OVL429 - OVERLAY CONFLICT.

What does this mean? And, what do I need to do to fix it?

I tried to take it one day at a time, but a whole bunch of them attacked me at once!

Does this mean the midnight routine is locking me out? If so, how do I stop it?

If i can remember.. you once you login into vt you can type.... >err(then the error message).. example.. >err ovl111

stop running Midn before midn for one thing marty. chg your TDOR time of daily routines in ld 17 to midnight or 1 am....
