Overlay Access

We have a script that logs into each PBX over the weekend to set the time. I have created the user account and have given it access to 01,02 and 20 but it returns TFC400 when you try to TTAD or STAD. TFC400 says not enough security rights. What other overly do I need to add? Also this account is setup as PWD1. We are running a 81C with 4.5

IF YOU GET TFC400 IN LD 2 (TO EITHER SET OR TELL THE TIME) WHEN USING A LIMITED ACCESS PASSWORD MAY SURE THAT THE PROMPT CUST = ALL IN LD 17 (NOT O).

OR MAYBE ,IF CANNOT CHANGE TIME AND NETWORKED YOUR SITE MIGHT BE USING NETWORK SYNC.
AND YOU MAYBE THE SLAV SIDE. GOTO LD 2, TTSS TO CHECK IF MASRTER OR SLAVE.

You will have to logon to the PABX as LOGI ADMIN2. This will have the rights that you require
