OVERLAPPED I/O operation error while installing

Hi,

While installating powercenter server 6, I am getting the following error:
"An error has occured while installing the service [overlapped I/O operation is in progress] "

My OS is Win2000 server.

And I am installing the server as Administrator. Any idea how to resolve this?
