Hi,
Im having problems with a Nortel using profile 2,i have an encore sp201sa connected to an R2 from C.O. and mi nortel is configured as ISDN, the problem is that some times my calls hang up.

can some one please tel me wath is overlap receiving?

In Nuevo Laredo Mexico. Are you using profile 2?

yes i am using profile 2. Keep overlap off. Also, sp201sa default setup needs to be changed. In programming make sure you change the country to Mexico. Also have the time set on the sp201sa set to 1 second, and let the nortel determine when all the digits are to be sent. Otherwise you have too long of a delay.
