Hi,

Is there any way we can get a call to come into a hunt group and ring one user for 6 rings, then overflow to another user that then only rings 3 rings?

It seems that the timers follow the first group, is there any kind of work around anyone knows of?

Cheers

What do you want it to do after the 3 rings? Yes it does follow the first hunt groups settings.

It just goes into a loop and goes back to the original 6 rings, and so on until someone answers it.

Anyone got any ideas? It sounds straight forward but I do9nt think it can be done.... and I just know what the customers response will be!

Group1 has member 1 in
Group2 has member 1 in
Group3 has member 2 in

Set overflow/na timer to 3 rings (10 secs ish) on group 1. Set Group2 as the 1st overflow group and set Group3 as the 2nd overflow group.
