over ride problem

we are using nec ips 2000 and using 32 dterm phone as operator console. The problem is when the outside call lands on the console operator is trying to communicate the message to the concerned executive extension which is busy with other extension. how to override the required busy extension and transfer the call. pl help to programme the same in mat works

Have you tried Whisper Page? Programming steps are in the Feature Programming manual.

thanks for your response and i will try through whisper page and come back to you... further one more problem we are facing that in 32 dterm phone which is being used as operator console.. the display is not showing correctly and if we dail 10 digit number .. only nine numbers will come in one sequence and other one digit has come to down line... pl advise how to set right the display to make all the 10 digit number dailed in one line sequence
