I have one user that VMPro says has over 65000 new messages. when you go to check there are none in the mailbox. This has happened to the same user several different times. I have removed the user and put her back in, I changed her name (but not her extension). Anyone have this problem or know of a fix. i am running 500v2 with 6.0.
