OV Agent and IBM Client Access

I have a server running Windows NT 4 SP5. On that server is IBM Client Access v 3.2.0.... I installed the Openview v7.0 Agent and all was ok.
The server was rebooted and access to the filesystem using Client Access failed. Once the OV agent was removed all was ok.

Has anyone come across this before and if so how did you solve it ??

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

I've had, occasionally, troubles like this on NT4 and had difficulty solving them.

In each case I've had to solve the problem by upgrading to Win2000.
