Hi Friends,

how to make a outward call from my station after coming in to avaya switch through incoming call,

Like other swithces calls DOSA call, Direct outward Station Access

i do not want feature is called in avaya switch , & how to enable the same

Pls advice

This feature is called remote access.
Command: change remote

You can program access number, Barrier Codes, COR restrictions, and time constraints and number of allowed calls for such a feature on the form.
