Display my Company Name on Customers mobiles when dialling out 1

Hi

I have had many calls on my mobile from companies i.e Mercedes etc where there name has been displayed on my mobile but i have not saved the number in my phone.

I wanted to know how this is done and is it something i can do with the Avaya with added hardware

Not really. Its a matter of what mobile carriers support it. You can send name+number in PRI, SIP, H323, to whatever you want. Its a matter of whether the far end network supports it and how far it's carried along from your carrier to the destination mobile network.

If the Avaya can not do this do you know any 3rd parties that can, as i am struggling to find any, and i know it exists.

Nothing to do with Avaya. All to do with carriers.

AS Kyle555 was saying. You can program Avaya to send the information. But the any carrier along the path to the device, my not support it.
This could be the mobile carrier, the long distance carrier, etc.
