outside line incoming calls

We have 2 direct lines into our department. They ring directly to our phones instead of the operator. How can I add these lines another phone or extension that we have added?

Extensions > Line Copy > Model Extension > Enter > Target Extension > Enter

I don't recognize those cmds. Do i do these from the operator station or the MLX-10DP directly?

That would be done from the MLX-20L.

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.
