when installed, this will create a new printer in your list of printers
if you want to print to PDF from any file, set this PDF printer as your default and then just click Print or select the printer in your printer dialog screen
you can also do all this things in VBA to automate it in any tool.
I'd be a little suspicious someone recommending a pdf printer from a mediafire link which is a file sharing site - sure, lots of legitimate sharing, but lots of illigitimate as well. And it's an easy way to stick viruses and malware into files.
Best way (assuming you want to try the PDF printer router, as you never answered your post), is to download one from a site such as one of these sites:
Personally, I've used at least pdf995 and cutepdf - both work well. I've also used Adobe's Acrobat PDF printer, but it isn't free - unless they have it free with the latest Adobe Reader app.. I've not taken the time to notice.
