Can you program a Magix R3 (or greater) to send out a DID rather than the BTN? The carrier supports it (XO IPFlex Line) and i have a client that wants to offer tenant services but not have the tenant send the system owners BTN when they call.

I thought you can do it? Any idea where in the Magix you enable that?

Is this Xo IP flex a PRI?
if yes you can send the last 4 digits to match your DID

XO IPFlex with PRI "like" features - its not true PRI but thats another story.... i want to send on outbound calls the complete 10 digit number to appear on your caller id when i call you from the magix.... does that make sense?

The only type of service that provides outgoing CID on the Legend/Magix is PRIMARY Rate ISDN, which rides a DS1 facility. So, if XO's "monkey shining" IPFlex equivalent meets the same requirements then it may work. But there are some real limitations on the Legend/Magix doing this with DID service. You might want to read the Feature Reference document, and search for the same on this forum to gain some knowledge and understand what you can and can't do in relation to CID outgoing on the Legend/Magix.
